Achieving Part 3 is the final significant milestone that designers must overcome before attaining the title of a fully qualified architect. We are pleased to announce that two members of the Burwell Architects team have recently passed their Part 3 professional qualifications.

Mabel successfully passed her Part 3 in November 2023 and officially became a member of the ARB in January 2024. Since joining Burwell Architects in September 2021, she has been actively involved in the development of the 27-storey housing scheme alongside office and retail units next to Stratford International station. Her key role involves delivering RIBA workstage 4/5 packages, with a primary focus on coordinating and leading internal works. Being a regular presence at the site, Mabel particularly enjoys the technical resolution aspect of her work and values direct communication with the design team and subcontractors.

Alex successfully completed his Part 3 in February 2024 and is currently in the process of becoming a member of the ARB. He joined Burwell in January 2023 and has since been involved in two domestic projects spanning RIBA stages 2 to 5. His experience from these projects encompasses design development, general arrangement, planning submissions, detailed design and construction drawings, site visits, team meetings, supplier consultations, and coordination with subcontractors and consultants.
