Our regular studio yoga sessions offer a midweek reset—bringing the team together to relax, recharge, and stay connected

Bringing calm, movement, and connection into the working week, our regular yoga sessions have become a welcome fixture at the studio.

Led by the ever-inspiring Caroline Tautz, these sessions offer the team an opportunity to pause, reset, and enjoy the benefits of guided stretching, breathing, and mindful movement together. Each class is inclusive and adaptable, encouraging a sense of wellbeing and collaboration in a relaxed and grounding environment.

It’s also a chance to step away from the screen, take a breath, and recharge—whether for focus, flexibility, or simply a midweek refresh.

We’re firm believers that a healthy studio culture starts from the inside out—and we’re grateful to everyone who rolls out their mat and joins in.
